Teri says the life expectancy for full-price clothes is about nine weeks, but only pull the trigger if it's a hot fashion item. Stores have gotten wiser and don't make the huge batches of the same trendy clothes. Fashion "mistakes" — bad ideas in the first place — are the first to go on sale and those are often the best deals — as much as 80 percent off! Another secret — some stores even create items that immediately go on sale at 50 percent off.
Beware: What you may not know is that items that were made to sell at 50 percent off are usually lower quality.

Store credit cards rewards programs payback loyal customers. The approach is simple. You will receive something (points, gifts, or instore invites) for signing up and using store credit cards.
We most recently enjoyed an initial 10% savings at all three stores and get one point for every dollar using your Banana Republic Card. Note you receive a $10.00 reward card for every 200 points spent. A 5% payback is not to bad.

Event Not to Miss
Alright, here is the 411 on a semiannual SUPER charged shopping event- NOT TO BE MISSED. For those who don’t know, Wendy Kyle has pulled together several power house boutiques to offer deals that would knock any shopper's Manolos off her feet..
