Tis the Season to Start Saving . . .

The Holiday Shopping Card is an exciting event that occurs in the Austin area once a year right before the holiday season begins. It is your opportunity to both give and receive this holiday season. When you receive your Holiday Shopping Card for a minimum donation of $50, the entire amount is contributed to the American Cancer Society and is 100% tax-deductible.

The Holiday Shopping Card entitles you to a 20% discount at more than 190 of the finest stores and restaurants in the Austin area from October 27 through November 5, 2006. Your donation will help us make a difference in the lives of Austin cancer patients and their families. This is a win, win, win concept for all participants! Customers receive great discounts on merchandise before the holidays; participating stores and restaurants increase their traffic, sales and exposure; and best of all the American Cancer Society earns much needed funding.

How It Works:

1) Shoppers purchase the Holiday Shopping Card for a minimum donation of $50. Cards may be purchased over the phone 512-919-1738 or directly from participating Holiday Shopping Card vendors. (As of October 15th, Austin Holiday Shopping Cards can no longer be purchased online. Please call 512-919-1738 or visit a participating vendor to get your card.)

2) Shop during the Holiday Shopping Card promotional period (October 27-November 5, 2006) at over 190 of the finest stores and restaurants in the Austin area. Upon presentation of the Holiday Shopping Card, shoppers will receive a 20% discount on all purchases of regularly priced merchandise from participating merchants and restaurants. To receive the discount, purchases must be made in the participating vendor's store. Online purchases are not included.
